Join Passport Rotary

Rotary is 1.2 million passionate individuals in 35,000+ clubs worldwide. We are both an international organization and a local community leader. Together we lead change in our own backyards and across the world.

We continue to grow and are collectively and individually passionate about helping to make a huge difference in the world and at home. But, often, we hear from prospective members that they are unable to participate in a conventional Rotary club because of their demanding work or family schedule or perhaps their budget is not able to support Rotary membership. We believe the Rotary Club of Silicon Valley Passport is your answer!

Here are a few of the highlights:

  • Full Rotary Membership Rights
  • No Attendance Requirement
  • Low Monthly Cost
  • You pick which projects/fundraisers you want to help. You will be able to choose from projects at other Rotary Clubs in our District, or perhaps some other organization.
  • You can attend any club's meetings as a visiting Rotarian.

We offer flexibility. The Rotary Club of Silicon Valley Passport provides for fellowship by holding 2 meetings per month.

We hold one traditional Club meeting on the first Saturday of each month. (Check our Calendar for time and location). You may optionally attend via Zoom Video Conference if unable to attend personally.  We hold a virtual meeting (usually the 3rd Saturday of each month). We use Zoom for our virtual meetings. The URL and time will be emailed to the membership.

We welcome our Members, Rotarians, and interested folks to join us for the meetings.

Our members may also choose other service activities in lieu of meetings as their schedules and interests may lead them. We suggest and encourage:
  • At least one volunteer opportunity per month that is club driven independently or in partnership with another club.
  • Multiple opportunities to attend the meetings of and/or support the service projects and fundraising activities of other clubs in the area.
  • Online/ web content and online meetings/ discussions as a way to exchange ideas and stay connected.
  • Social events, including families, to have fellowship and also discuss service opportunities.
Be sure to watch our Calendar and pages for opportunities to provide Service over Self in the Rotary tradition.
